The main entrance opens first to a spacious dining room, followed by a comfortable living room and a modern open kitchen. The conservation of old traditional elements — exposed stone walls, arches, and wooden beams — contrasts with avant-garde decoration and intelligent lighting.
A comfortable living room, air-conditioned throughout, faces a large Smart TV. A small reading area provides a quiet corner for unhurried mornings.

The dining room has a large table with capacity for twelve people and is equipped with air conditioning. The fully equipped open kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large American-style fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and all utensils.
A door from the kitchen gives direct access to the back of the house — where a generously sized built-in barbecue and a huge pergola await, ideal for delicious outdoor meals.

The Bedrooms
One double bedroom on the ground floor, two twins, and three rooms configurable as double or twin (by prior request). All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The Bathrooms
Five bathrooms with shower, four of them en-suite, plus an exterior toilet by the pool. Clean, considered finishes throughout.
The Game Room
The little gem of Cal Papa: a dedicated annexe for sports and leisure. It includes a fantastic pool table, an exercise bike, an elliptical machine, a table football, and a large Smart TV — all air-conditioned. Young and old alike will find something here.
And beyond the game room, a covered table tennis area next to the main entrance, with views over the charming orchard of fruit trees.
